Shipping policy

Current processing time is approximately 2–4 business days. Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery timelines will depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Any additional fees incurred after the package leaves Kind Reason Co. such as duties, taxes, or import charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Local Pick Up
If you prefer local pick up, you may select this option at checkout. Please note that the standard 2–4 business day processing time still applies before your order will be ready. Orders can be picked up during regular shop hours.
